How The Programme Works
The Subaru Advanced Apprenticeship Programme is designed to train and develop apprentices in a way that enables them to keep pace with advancing technology and high levels of customer service.
The comprehensive, three-year Programme provides apprentices with an exciting and challenging opportunity to achieve formal qualifications through extensive product training, while in full-time employment.
On completing the course, apprentices will gain a NVQ Level 3, an IMI Technical Certificate, an Advanced Apprenticeship Completion Certificate and Key and Core Skills Certificates relevant to their chosen specialist area.
Subaru has developed and approved the Advanced Apprenticeship Programme structure and provides vehicles, training rigs, tools and materials to ensure the training is relevant.
Apprentices have the choice of two specialist areas, and training will take place at a dedicated Subaru Training Centre. The training will be residential and delivered in one-week blocks throughout the Programme.
In addition, Subaru's own special technical trainers will deliver product specific courses, keeping apprentices up-to-date with Subaru's latest technology.
